KB Yoga & More is excited to bring Yoga to Lufkin. Yoga is beneficial to everyone and the benefits are numerous. Your body will become more relaxed, flexible and strong. The yoga breathing techniques you will learn will relieve your stress and can be used in any situation. Yoga has also been shown to reduce blood pressure and slow your heart rate. If you have specific issues let us know and we will work on a yoga practice just for you!
